1.Organ cover, metal armor :
The laser processing process will produce extremely high temperature metal slag, and when piercing, the slag will splash around, and part of it will splash on both sides of the equipment, causing great hidden danger to the precision transmission parts on the Y-axis.
In order to solve this problem, we choose the fire-resistant and heat-insulated organ cover for the protection of the gear and rack guide, and cover the side of the organ cover near the cutting head with metal armor, which will not melt through even if the slag splashes on it, and can effectively protect the gear and rack from the metal dust, and ensure the accuracy of the equipment to the greatest extent.


2.Equipment side - flue
Blowing and extracting type (optional) - Innovative dust extraction technology, better dust extraction effect. The dust generated by cutting is lighter in temperature and easier to fly upward. The traditional dust extraction is only by suction, but if the bed is large, the suction is not enough and the effect is not good.
The design of blowing and extracting follows: the left side (one side of the operating table) follows the dust extraction system + the right side blowing system, the axial fan moves with the gantry beam for blowing, the right side dust extraction channel opens and closes automatically with the gantry beam moving position, extracting dust in sections, sucking and blowing at the same time, which can discharge the fumes and dust generated during the cutting process to the maximum extent.

5.Control cabinet
