At this time, it is also possible to coat the surface of the sheet with an oil film to obtain a relatively good perforation effect without reducing the processing quality. Air is actually close to the processing characteristics of nitrogen, but its cutting surface is rougher than nitrogen, and the effect of sticking slag is also average, not as good as using nitrogen. After oxidation, the surface hardness of the cut surface is about twice the original, but the range is small and the range is small. It is also because of this characteristic that in non-oxidation cutting with good surface roughness, the rough grinding of the cut surface is not easy, while the machined surface using oxygen is not easy to grind.
