Feeding system
 |
Feeding system is for grabbing and feeding the tube to the tube cutting machine, it consists of driven chain, air cylinder, guide rail, chain wheels, etc. |
Work flow:
1. Material loading: a bundle of tubes to be loaded to the tube storage by manual.
2. Machine power-on: all parts reset.
3. Manual loading: tubes are pushed manually from storage to the chain, driven chain moves the tubes to the feeding system.
4. Sorting: when tubes move to the feeding device, sorting device moves up to make sure only one tube will be grabbed to the feeding device.
5. Feeding: feeding device moves the tube to the tube cutting machine.
6. Tube cutting machine clamps the tube for cutting.
