Path planning should prioritize cutting the inner contour and then the outer contour to reduce material deformation. For complex shapes, micro-connection design should be added to avoid small parts falling off due to stress release.

4. Safety Protection and Environmental Control Operators must wear laser protective goggles, fireproof clothing, and light grids and emergency stop buttons need to be installed around the equipment. High risk of slag splash when cutting thick plates, high temperature resistant matting should be laid under the working table. Workshop temperature should be controlled at 15-35℃, humidity is less than 70%, to avoid condensation of optical components or circuit failure.

5. Regular maintenance and calibration Clean the laser head lens every week, check the collimation of the optical path every month, and calibrate the verticality of the cutting head every quarter. Thick plate cutting requires high precision of the equipment, and the focus position needs to be re-calibrated after long-term use to ensure that the width of the cutting seam is stabilized within 0.2mm.
