1.5Kw-4Kw Mid-Chuck Moving Pipe Tube Laser Cutting Machine of Mid-Chuck

Special design:
1) Front chuck movable which is controlled pneumatically, cutting head only moves at Z axis;
2) If the customer has different workpiece lengths on 6m tube, the software will automatically put the longest one to the end. If the length of the last workpiece(not include tail wastage 80mm) is longer than 650mm, the cutting will be done under clamping by two chucks, the accuracy is guaranteed, and the tail is 80mm;
3) If the last workpiece length is less than 650mm(not include tailing wastage length), then cutting will be done with only the back chuck clamping, accuracy will get less, tailing wastage is still 80mm, to keep higher accuracy suggest the microjoint function is considered for a few short parts in nesting software TubesT.
