Common Small Problems Encountered By Laser Cutting Machines in Operation

Laser cutting machines have high requirements for temperature stability when working, so what are the main problems of laser cutting machines?

1. When the glass laser cutting machine is working, the ambient temperature around it is high.  

2. The working light intensity of the glass laser cutting machine is too large.  

3. The continuous working time of the glass laser cutting machine is too long, and it is necessary to stop and rest appropriately.  

4. The backflow of the outlet pipe of the cooling water is abnormal, causing the water flow to be not smooth enough.  

5. The inlet and outlet pipes of the water pump are too dirty, and the water protection is blocked, making the water flow unsmooth.   

6. Check whether the laser can hit the first mirror, if not, adjust the position of the first mirror.  

7. Check whether the laser can hit the second and third reflectors, if not, adjust the M1, M2, M3 screws behind the upper reflector.  

8. Move the laser head to the upper left corner and hit another laser point, and observe whether it is in the same position as the point hit in the upper right corner. If not, adjust the M1, M2, M3 screws of the second reflector so that the hit point is the same as the one in the upper right corner. The dot in the upper right corner is in the same position. Paste at least two layers of double-sided tape on the light entrance of the laser tube, move the laser head to the upper right corner of the table top, press the TEST button on the control panel, and hit a laser point.  

9. Move the laser head to the lower left corner, observe whether the dots are in the same position as the upper right corner, and adjust the second reflective lens.  

Repeat the adjustment described in 4 and 5 above, so that the three laser points to be hit are in the same position.  

Check whether the focus is in the center: put a mirror vertically below the focusing lens, place (i.e. hold) a transparent plastic sheet under the lens barrel close to the lens barrel, and press the TEST button to hit the laser to see if the laser point hits the center of the focusing lens. Be careful of laser burns when holding the plastic sheet, and do not put your hands on the vertical plane of the lens.  

10. Turn on the button, the device does not move  

If the laser cutting machine has this kind of failure during the working process, first check whether the whole equipment is powered on. If it is not powered on, be sure to plug in the power supply, and check whether the parameters of the main board of the laser cutting machine are correct If it is not correct, be sure to refer to the relevant software and other parameters to understand.  

11. No laser in working state  

During the actual work of the laser cutting machine, it is necessary to carry out effective inspections according to various situations. It is possible that the laser cutting machine may have this situation because the optical path has shifted. In this case, the optical path should be adjusted. , there may also be a series of problems with the line, then, if this is the case, it can be judged by plugging into the model of the power supply by means of a point ray.  

12. Laser on and off  

When the laser cutting machine is working intermittently, it may be that the water circulation is not particularly smooth. It is necessary to check and clean the relevant water tanks. It is also necessary to check whether the water pump is smooth and the water pipes can be dredged regularly.
