The cutting speed is fast and the production efficiency is high, so how to improve the cutting speed in the process of use ? 

Adjusting the operating parameters of laser cutting machine and setting mechanical parameters is an important factor affecting cutting speed. In general, if the parameters are not adjusted, it cannot be cut. The parameters are similar to the related actions of a series of actions such as driving, starting, and accelerating. If the parameters are not set, it is like when the car starts, you hang the second gear to start, and it will jitter when starting. When adjusting this parameter, generally pay attention to the following two points : 

Initial speed : As the car starts to drive, the set speed is the same as the speed when the car is just starting. Many customers have this misconception that the greater the initial speed, the better, but actually wrong. If the initial speed of the laser is set too high, it will cause the machine to shake. 

Acceleration : Acceleration means the speed of the throttle during the car 's travel, i.e. the time from the initial speed to the normal cutting of the machine. The cutting machine is a process of continuous start-stop and stop when cutting in different modes. Too low acceleration setting will cause the cutting machine to slow down.
