How To Maintain And Maintain The Laser Cutting Machine?

The current laser cutting machines are all high-power heavy-duty equipment. The price of a laser cutting machine with excellent technology and functions is relatively high. Its good performance makes the follow-up work smoother and can also better reduce costs. Therefore, we must pay attention to the operation, and usually pay attention to maintenance and maintenance in order to increase the service life of the equipment, save costs, create greater benefits, and ensure a good state.
Today, taking Qingyuan Laser's high-power laser cutting machine as an example, I will continue to take you to understand the monthly maintenance and maintenance process of the laser cutting machine.
The following maintenance work needs to be done every month:
1. Check whether there are warning marks all over the machine tool and the marks are clear.
2. Check whether the screws at the connection between the X, Y skin cavity and the baffle are loose and need to be tightened.
3. Check the heating and cooling status of the chiller, check the water level and water quality of the water tank of the chiller, and timely replenish the water in the water tank and change the water according to the required water quality requirements.
4. Check all dust covers for contamination and disassemble for cleaning, including:
(1) CNC control cabinet and CNC internal cooling fan;
(2) Dust cover and heat sink of air compressor;
(3) Cooling fan of chiller.
5. Disassemble the leather cavity to check whether the lubrication of the X and Y axis racks is normal. If the oil separation is serious, clean the rack and pinion first, then apply new grease, and check whether the mounting screws of the rack are loose and need to be tightened. .
6. Disassemble the front baffle of the module to check whether the lubrication of the Z-axis screw is normal. If the oil separation is serious, clean the screw first, then apply new grease, and check the module fixing screws and limit switches. Whether the induction frame is loose needs to be tightened (some models do not have a lead screw).
7. Check whether the set values of nitrogen, oxygen and air gas pressure gauge valves are normal, such as the air intake pressure value of the machine tool (beside the electric cabinet), the air pressure valve of the dust removal damper cylinder.
8. Check the screw locking condition of the front door of the machine tool, and clean and lubricate the sliding block and linear guide of the front door.
9. Check whether the relays in the electric cabinet work normally, and replace them if necessary.
10. Check all power switches and replace as needed.
11. Check whether the outer cover door of the machine tool is loose and clean, and whether the fixing base block of the whole machine and the fixing screws of the machine tool are loose and tightly locked.
12. Check the filter of the dust collector and replace the filter element if necessary. (if equipped with dust collector)
13. Check the operation of the round towline, whether there is cracking or wear, and check whether the balancer is working properly and whether the tension is normal (only bevel models).
14. Remove the dust cover, check the contamination in the B-axis bushing, and clean it if necessary (only for bevel models).
15. Disassemble the Z-axis cover, check the contamination and lubrication of the Z-axis rack, clean and add grease, and check the fixation of the small towline and travel switch collision block (only for bevel models).
