4.Check all the dust cover pollution, open for cleaning, including :
( 1 ) CNC control cabinet and CNC internal cooling fan;
( 2 ) Dust cover and heat sink of air compressor;
( 3 ) Chiller cooling fan.
5.Open the cavity to check the X, Y axis rack lubrication is normal, if the oil is more serious, you need to clean the rack gear, and then coated with new grease, and check the rack screw is loose need to step up.
6.Remove the front baffle of the module to check whether the lubrication of the Z-axis screw is normal. If the oil separation is serious, it is necessary to clean the screw first, then apply a new grease, and check whether the fixed screw of the module and the sensing frame of each limit switch are loose.
7.Check the nitrogen, oxygen and air gas pressure gauge valve set value is normal, such as machine air inlet pressure value ( electric cabinet side ), dust valve cylinder pressure valve.
8.Check the machine tool front door screw locking condition, and clean, lubricate the front door slider and linear guide.
9.Check the cabinet relay is working properly, if necessary and replace.
10.Check all power switches and replace them as needed.
11.Check the machine outside the cover door is loose and clean, the machine fixed base and machine fixed screws are loose and locked.
12.Check the dust collector filter, must be replaced when the filter. ( If the dust collector is configured )
13.Check the operation of the round towing chain, whether there is cracking or wear, and check whether the balancer is working properly, whether the tension is normal ( only the groove model ).
14.Remove the dust cover, check the B shaft sleeve pollution, if necessary to clean ( only groove type ).
15.Remove the Z-axis cover, check the pollution and lubrication of the Z-axis rack and clean up the grease, check the fixing of the small towing chain and the travel switch collision block ( only the groove model ).
