1. In order to prevent condensation on the laser light path in summer, it is recommended to install an air conditioner as soon as possible, pay attention to the switching sequence, close the water tank when the laser stops working, and set the high temperature water of the cutting head at 30 degrees Celsius;

2. As the ambient temperature rises, the probability of each item being flammable increases. Pay attention to the sparks generated during the cutting process and the cleanliness of the surrounding environment to prevent fire hazards.

(1) Pay attention to check whether the lubricating oil of the moving mechanism of the equipment flows out excessively. The oil is flammable, and the flame-retardant items are also flammable, such as organ cover, dust, etc. If there is excess lubricating oil flowing out, pay attention to daily cleaning of the oil near the cutting head and on the organ cover. (2) The accumulation of metal dust in a specific environment will cause a dust storm accident. It is necessary to arrange for dust cleaning of the equipment every shift;

(3) A dry powder fire extinguishing device is placed nearby to prepare a fire rehearsal. If there is an accident, immediately power off the equipment and cut off the gas, then quickly pick up the fire extinguisher, remove the safety lock, hold the nozzle firmly at the root of the fire source, press the pressure handle, and spray to extinguish the fire.
