1. No automatic cutting process

Automatic perforation and automatic cutting cannot be done during cutting, and manual adjustment is required. In the long run, the efficiency of fiber laser cutting machine is naturally very low.
2. The cutting method is not suitable
When cutting metal plates, cutting methods such as co-edge, borrowing, and bridging are not used. In this way, the cutting path is long, the cutting time is long, and the production efficiency is very low. At the same time, the consumption of consumables will increase and the cost will be high.
3. No nesting software is used
The nesting software is not used for typesetting and cutting, but manual typesetting in the system, and cutting in sequence according to the order of parts blanking. This will result in a large amount of scrap after the plate is cut, the utilization rate of the plate is low, and the cutting path is not optimized, the cutting time is long, and the production efficiency is low.
4. The cutting power does not match the actual cutting thickness
The corresponding fiber laser cutting machine is not selected according to the actual cutting. For example, it is actually necessary to cut 16mm carbon steel plates in large quantities. If you purchase a 3000W power cutting device, the equipment can indeed cut 16mm carbon steel plates, but the cutting speed is only 0.7m/min, and long-term cutting will cause lens consumables. The damage rate will increase, and it will even affect the focusing lens. It is recommended to use 6000W power for cutting.
