QY Laser's new Intelligent Flexible Bending Center has developed a servo flexible bending center with international advanced level after 3 years of research and development. It consists of a folding host (including a pressing device, a bending device, a bending mold) and a feeding positioning device. Through manual loading and unloading, manual mold change, manual positioning, automatic feeding, to achieve positive folding, circular arc, multiple equal multi-function folding needs. For different application , our company has launched various models of products that can be used to process boards of different lengths, widths, and thicknesses, suitable for nearly 160 industries, including power, lighting, kitchen equipment, building materials, industrial machinery, etc.
The QYA series of Intelligent Flexible Bending Center are interconnected through multiple axes, and their servo design enables the machine to start and stop quickly, with fast processing speed. It is a high-tech product developed and produced for the sheet metal industry to improve production efficiency, reduce labor intensity and enhance corporate image.
