Gas access method: Each of our machines has reserved gas access ports, which can support various ways such as tee to access the required gas. Oxygen, nitrogen and air are all high-pressure gas pipes to the two-way valve, and then flow to the cutting head through the proportional valve.

(1) Oxygen

Oxygen mainly plays a role in supporting combustion. While using the oxygen reaction heat to greatly improve the cutting efficiency, the generated oxide film will increase the beam spectral absorption factor of the reflective material, so that the laser energy can be used more effectively and the cutting efficiency can be improved. Suitable for thick plate cutting.

It can cut rolled steel, carbon steel, high tension plate, stainless steel, electroplated steel plate, copper, copper alloy, etc.

(2) Nitrogen

When some metals are cut, oxygen will form an oxide film on the cutting surface, and nitrogen can be used for non-oxidative cutting to prevent the appearance of the oxide film. The non-oxidized cutting surface has the characteristics of direct welding, painting, and strong corrosion resistance. The end of the incision is whitish.

The main applicable plates are stainless steel, electroplated steel plate, brass, aluminum, aluminum alloy, etc.

(3) Compressed air

Air can be compressed by an air compressor and provided after being filtered by a freeze dryer, three-stage filtration, and suction dryer, so the price is very cheap compared with other gases. Air is suitable for cutting aluminum plates, aluminum alloys, galvanized steel plates, non-metals, etc. Since the air contains about 20% oxygen, a small amount of oxide film will appear on the cutting surface, and the end surface of the incision will turn yellow.

It can be used when the material is thin and the requirement for cutting section is not very high. The main applicable materials are aluminum, aluminum alloy, stainless copper, brass, plated steel, non-metal, etc.
