The special design of this machine:

1) Cutting head is capable of moving from front of middle chuck to back side, to reduce wastage and increase accuracy, if the last piece of pipe length more than 850mm, wastage zero, if the last piece of pipe length more than 340mm, wastage 160mm;

2) With auto unloading;

3) Automatic loading(Optional) for round pipe, square pipe and rectangle pipe with side length ratio 1:2;

4) Software: Tubepro, Nesting software: TubesT.

Quality Inspection:

1.Each screw is tightened strictly according to the standard torque.

2.The installation of each gear is controlled within the accuracy range.

3.The accuracy of the splicing place of every two racks is controlled within 0.01mm.

4.Every steel plate welding machine must be finely welded and meticulously polished.

5.Every steel plate welding machine tool must undergo T6 heat treatment to eliminate stress.

6.Each tempered steel plate welding machine tool is processed by an imported gantry machining center to ensure the straightness and flatness of the machine tool.

7.After installation and commissioning, the equipment must be checked and precision compensated by the laser interferometer produced by API company in the United States to ensure the walking accuracy and repeat positioning accuracy of the factory equipment.
